Cancellation:

If you find that you need to cancel a booking, there is the option to re-book the same course/workshop/taster day on another date. Please do get in touch via the Contact page if you would like to discuss this option. Otherwise the following cancellation policy applies

If you cancel anytime before the start date of the course/workshop/taster day, any amounts paid over and above the non-refundable fee will be refunded. Please see the full Standard Terms & Conditions for the complete cancellation policy

Notes:

• Please be aware that the workshop is housed in an old industrial building that once contained asbestos. This was removed by specialist contractors and is subsequently monitored on a regular basis - all results of which continue to be negative

• Anyone under the age of 18 cannot be accepted on to a course/workshop/taster day

• Please be aware that courses/workshops/taster days are not suitable for individuals with physical/mobility difficulties that would preclude them from standing and working at a bench for an extended period

• By purchasing this course/workshop/taster day you will be confirming that you have read and agree to the Dovetail Woodworking Standard Terms & Conditions

• It is advised that you consider taking out insurance to cover for cancellation, personal belongings and health issues. This is at your own discretion and is not a prerequisite to attending a course/workshop/taster day which you undertake at your own risk
